He acted like a big shot, so much that the band would poke fun at him by saying "That's very Santi!". That somewhat lead to the album name, as a sort of "in-your-face" gesture. Now that is for sure a bit off, you'll have to look it up yourself to clarify. Hope I helped somewhat though.
